The idea consists on learning how to cook traditional dishes like Lamb Stew (Cazuela de Cordero) or King Crab (Chupe de Centolla) and then enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve created. Learn more about the culture and traditions of Southern Chile by mixing and tasting it’s ingredients with a lovely French chef that created this new concept in Puerto Natales.
